What makes ToothFairyAI different from other AI platforms?
ToothFairyAI is a decentralised AI platform that allows businesses to build, own and host their AI agents and models, without the need of AI engineers and data scientists. We use a mix of small AI models that are scalable, customisable, fast and secure, meaning you own your data and your AI. We are the only platform to provide multimodal and multilingual capabilities as part of the package. Businesses can analyse and produce charts, images, content, graphs and reports in more than 120 languages!
What is the difference between chatbots and autonomous agents?
Autonomous agents in ToothFairyAI are advanced AI entities designed to perform complex tasks and solve problems with minimal human intervention. These self-directed, goal-oriented agents can break down tasks into manageable steps, make informed decisions, and adapt their strategies based on learning from experiences. They operate seamlessly within the ToothFairyAI ecosystem, offering users the ability to customize and scale AI solutions for specific business needs. Where is data stored?
All your data is stored in your chosen region (Australia, Europe, or Americas) on our secure cloud infrastructure by default. On Serverless, we use our proprietary architecture to guarantee scalability and security. Under a custom Enterprise agreement, we offer dedicated hosting either on-premise or on your company's cloud infrastructure, regardless of the region.
What do you do with my data?
We don't use your data to train our AI models or for any other purpose. Your data is only accessible by you and your team. With a custom Enterprise agreement, you can host your AI models on your own servers.
Do you offer dedicated support for the initial setup?
Serverless users get standard support, while for Enterprise customers we offer dedicated support for the initial setup and fine-tuning. We provide a dedicated account manager and a team of AI engineers to help you get the most out of your AI models in the first three months of hyper-care.
Can custom integrations be made with other internal systems?
Most integrations are possible out of the box, but we can also make custom integrations for Enterprise specific use cases. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.
What is the cost of a custom Enterprise agreement?
A custom Enterprise agreement is priced based on the number of AI models you want to host and the amount of data you want to process. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.
Do you expose API to the public?
We offer AI API endpoints on both Serverless and custom Enterprise agreements. Serverless customers have full API access to the entire platform. Enterprise customers additionally have the ability to host their AI models on their own servers.
How does the billing work and how often does it occur?
You buy intelligence credits upfront and are billed for the Units of Intelligence (UoI) you actually consume. Credits never expire, so you only ever pay for what you use. Custom Enterprise agreements are billed annually. You can top up credits or cancel at any time.
